Once you have placed an order you will receive an order confirmation. We will then process the order for you as soon as possible. When your order is ready to be sent you will receive an e-mail from us with a personal track & trace link. This link can be used to track your package until it is delivered to you.
We offer free worldwide shipping.
If you place your order from outside the EU or the USA, you might have to pay import duties, depending on the local customs.

We recommend to order true to size. A measurement chart is provided on our website when you select a model. If you need further advice, please feel free to contact us.
After you have received the order, you may return the products in unused condition and in original packaging within 30 days.
Fill in the return form and add it to the return shipment. If you do not have a return form, you can contact our customer service. Then we will send you a new return form.
