Our return policy gives you the right to return products within 30 days of receipt. You can open the package and check the contents. However, it is the intention that items are returned undamaged, unwashed and with all labels attached.

Because of hygiene we do not take back socks of which the seal  is broken.

After you have received the order, you may return the products in unused condition and the original packaging within 30 days.

Fill in the supplied return form and put it in the box. If you do not have a return form, you can contact our customer service. Then we will send you a new return form.

Find a post office nearby and in your package. At the delivery point you will receive a shipping receipt with track & trace code with which you can track your returned products. Always keep the shipping receipt with track & trace code so that you have proof of shipment. Once the package is received by us, we process the return as soon as possible.

Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange an item with us, but you can always place a new order to get the desired item.

The refund will take place as soon as possible, approximately within 14 days after we have received your return shipment. We will always refund the amount to the credit card, account number or PayPal account with which payment for the order has been paid.


When returning orders, the shipping costs are for the customer. The cost of the return depends on the post office of choice.
